If you don't find the term you need within your TA portal, you are likely trying to request TA either before the window for that term has opened or after it has closed.
Please note: The deadline to add a course is 5 p.m. CST on the Wednesday of the first week of classes. The deadline to drop for a 100% refund is 5 p.m. CST on the Friday of the first week of classes.

Air Force	One week before classes begin	Active-duty Air Force and Space Force members should apply for Tuition Assistance through their Air Force Portal account at the Air Force Virtual Education Center site.
Coast Guard	One week before classes begin	Apply for Coast Guard Tuition Assistance (TA) benefits.
Marine Corps	One day before classes begin	Learn more about the Marine Corps process to request tuition assistance (TA). Marine Corps request TA through the WebTA website (login required).
Navy	One week before classes begin	Learn more about the Sailors' process to request tuition assistance (TA).
Space Force	One week before classes begin	Space Force members should apply for Tuition Assistance through the Air Force Portal account at the Air Force Virtual Education Center site.
