Alicia Caballero

Alicia Caballero is soon to be a UIW alumna twice over, having earned a bachelor’s degree in 2011 and currently in her final semester as an MBA student with the H-E-B School of Business and Administration. In the classroom, Caballero has stood out as a leader, being described as “a first-rate student and trusted leader in our academic community” by her former professor Dr. Trey Guinn, program director of Communication Arts in the School of Media and Design.

Assistant Professor in HEBSBA Publishes Manuscript

Dr. Yi Liu

Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems Dr. Yi Liu, in the UIW H-E-B School of Business and Administration, has published his manuscript “Connecting Perceived Effectiveness of App Evolution to App Engagement: A Technology Identity Perspective” in Information Technology and People (ITP). Liu worked with co-authors Dr. Xinlin Tang (Florida State University), Peigong Li (Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance), and Xuan Wang, (University of Texas Rio Grande Valley) on the paper.
