Dr. Jose Moreno is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, where he attended Tecnológico de Monterrey by earning an M.S. in Finance from the EGADE Business School. After gaining professional experience in banking, corporate finance and entrepreneurship, Moreno earned his Ph.D. in Business majoring in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Moreno is currently an associate professor of Finance. He is a former MBA director, business plan competition coordinator and finance discipline coordinator. He has been a visiting professor at Northern Illinois University, Tecnológico de Monterrey, MIP Graduate School of Management at Politecnico di Milano in Paris, and SRH University Heidelberg in Germany.

Dr. Teresa Harrison's Image Dr. Teresa Harrison

Dr. Teresa Harrison, associate professor of Management in the H-E-B School of Business, studies diversity and has published scholarly research on topics including immigrant experiences in the workplace as well as national and international cultural value differences and job choice preferences. With her background in research, she conducts workshops for practitioners to discuss conversations in the workplace leading to an appreciation of diversity, equity and inclusiveness. Additionally, she teaches management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Within each course, special care is taken to purposefully examine individual differences and global perspectives to transform students into future leaders in the workplace.
