Update on Office of Financial Assistance and Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In support of the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, the Office of Financial Assistance is operating remotely at this time. We are providing virtual counseling and promoting resources for students to access aid information online through our Contact Us/Virtual Counseling page, which lists FAQs and includes self-service options to complete tasks remotely.
Advisors are available by email at finaid@uiwtx.edu or telephone at (210) 829-6008 during office hours. Our Virtual Counter is open without an appointment from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Monday - Friday and Zoom counseling is available by request.
