ECMC Learning is now integrated with Cardinal Apps! You'll have one-click access to your profile and recommendations directly through your portal account. Log on to Cardinal Apps and click the ECMC Learn icon. Follow the prompts to access your dashboard and personalize your profile.

If you prefer not to go through Cardinal Apps, you may sign up directly at UIW ECMC Learning using your UIW or personal email address.
