In this Season of Light | A Christmas Message from President Evans

In this season of light, I have been reflecting on the incredible spirit of community that distinguishes the University of the Incarnate Word. Our shared Mission and our shared connection remain at the heart of this university.

As we celebrate this holy time and prepare for a restful winter break, I want to share my appreciation to you for shining so brightly and for all that you do to ensure UIW remains a light in the world. In the spirit of this merriest season, I have prepared a special holiday greeting of gratitude for all who make up our vibrant Incarnate Word family.

I wish you and your families a very happy and blessed holiday season. May the new year bring you peace, health, joy and continued progress along your journeys of education and discovery. I look forward to all we will accomplish together in 2026.

En esta temporada de luz, me encuentro reflexionando sobre el extraordinario espíritu de comunidad que define a UIW. Nuestra Misión compartida y nuestra conexión mutua continúan siendo el corazón que da vida a esta universidad.
