UIW Community Newsletter
The University’s Friday Community Newsletter is distributed via email to all those who receive The Word Today, as well as UIW alumni, parents, and friends. It is sent every Friday, with the exception of holidays and summers, during which it is distributed every other week. The digital publication features a week’s worth of news from the Nest, including student and alumni success stories, academic updates, event recaps, athletics news, religious reflections and more.
To submit a written piece or story idea for publication to the Friday Community Newsletter, please fill out the online form below. Pitches must be received the Monday prior to distribution for consideration. Completed stories must be received the Wednesday prior to distribution for consideration. The Office of Communications and Brand Marketing reserves the right to edit submissions prior to publication. Submission does not guarantee entry in the newsletter.
