Tuition and Fees
Special chaperone rates are available to larger groups. Please contact the camp coordinator directly for more information.
To reserve your space today:
A non-refundable $300 USD deposit is required at the time you submit your application. After your deposit and registration form have been processed, you will receive a confirmation letter with additional information and details.
Camp Deadlines
Registration opens: Nov. 24, 2023
Registration closes: May 1, 2024
Subsequent payments will be refunded until April 12, 2024.
**After this date, no payments will be refunded. A student who fails to appear the first day of camp will not receive a refund.**
Payment Plans
Once the deposit and application has been received. Parent/Guardians have the opportunity to pay in full or pay by installments by the dates below. All payments are due by April 12, 2024.
**Any application submitted after this date, must pay the full tuition amount.**
Installment due dates:
- Date of Registration- $300 USD deposit
- Jan. 12, 2024 - first payment
- Feb. 19, 2024 - second payment
- March 8, 2024 - third payment
- April 12, 2024 - FINAL payment (total amount is due by this date)
These installments can be paid via our payment portal linked below.
IMPORTANT - Payments must be paid in country’s currency at the exchange rate to dollar on the day each payment is made. If a refund is requested before April 12, 2024, a transaction fee may be incurred.
