Cardinals Attend Graduation Fair
The excitement in the air was obvious as students moved from table to table in the SEC. The Graduation Fair on Thursday, April 13, and Friday, April 14, provided students the opportunity to ensure they are set for graduation and the upcoming commencement ceremonies taking place May 6.
"I really enjoyed Graduation Fair because it gave me one location to check everything off my list," said one graduating student. "I got to pick up my cap and gown, meet the alumni team and get a license plate cover, and take a professional headshot. Now I just can't wait to graduate!"
During the event, graduating students were able to pick up their cap and gown, visit with Alumni Relations, take a complimentary professional headshot, and check in with the Registrar to confirm that all of their accounts were up-to-date and they are set for graduation. Additionally, students who served in the military were able to pick up their veteran stoles to highlight their service with their regalia.
Participants also had the chance to snag a UIW alumni license plate holder and had an opportunity to win prizes including a UIW diploma frame and various UIW gift baskets.
