info session

San Antonio – Join the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) Extended Academic Programs on Thursday, September 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Schertz Civic Center for an information session on our Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCaP) and UIW Online programs. UIW will be highlighting opportunities for adult students to earn a bachelor’s or master’s degree completely online or at one of our six locations in San Antonio. We will showcase our two locations in northeast San Antonio, located at Rolling Oaks Mall and at Pat Booker and 1604 in the Alamo University Center. These centers are convenient to Randolph Air Force Base, Schertz, Selma, and within an easy commute of Seguin and other communities east of San Antonio.

UIW provides degrees for the busy adult with 8-week courses, six terms each year, and weeknight or Saturday classes at one of our ADCaP centers throughout San Antonio. Our blended learning program in ADCaP includes daytime classes and online work. Or earn your degree with 100% online classes offered by UIW Online. Choose one format or use a mixture of options to meet your needs. Our accelerated eight-week terms allow students to obtain a degree quickly and help advance in their career. We offer degrees in business, administration, e-business, social marketing, nursing, health science, criminal justice, human resources, psychology and many others.

Our degrees are for the budget-wise, who benefit from reduced tuition and no academic fees. Free textbooks for undergraduates and active duty military provide even greater savings. Military tuition rates are at cap and our veterans’ discounts help extend your benefits.

During the session, you can have your transcripts evaluated, discuss financial aid options, meet with a professor, and receive application assistance from Admission Counselors. To RSVP call (210) 757-0202 or email eapadmission@uiwtx.edu. Visit adulted.UIW.edu for more details. The Schertz Civic Center is located at 1400 Schertz Parkway, Building #5, Schertz, Texas 78154.
