Campus Engagement

Eligibility

• All winners must be enrolled students of the University of the Incarnate Word at the
  time of the winning event.
• Winners must be able to provide their full names, UIW email, and PIDM.
• Winners must be able to provide their social media platform and handle for verification
  of winning status.

Prizes cannot be passed or gifted to a UIW student if a chosen winner does not meet the
winning eligibility criteria. If an ineligible winner is chosen, Campus Engagement will
withdraw the winning status and choose another winner/student to contact.

Prize Claim

• The Campus Engagement social media platform will contact winners individually
  through a direct message notifying you of your winner’s status and a link to claim your
  prize.
• After being identified as a winner, it is up to the student to submit their prize claim using
  the prize claim form.
• Once claimed, allow 2-3 business days for a confirmation to be sent to the winner’s UIW
  email confirming their prize and either: the electronic sending of their prize – -gift cards,
  etc., the prize pickup instructions, or delivery confirmation.

If a prize has been promoted that it is pick up only, the prize must be picked up within 7
business days or risk forfeiting the prize claim.
