Introduction to the UIW Institutional Review Board (IRB)
The Office of Research and Graduate Studies (ORGS) administers the human research protection program at UIW. The ORGS provides administrative support to the University of the Incarnate Word’s Human Subjects Institutional Review Board (IRB). The IRB ensures the University's compliance with federal, state, local, and University regulations regarding human subjects research.
