Susanna Alford

Susanna Alford serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Communication Arts at the University of the Incarnate Word. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, with a concentration in Communication Studies, and her Master of Arts in Communication Arts from UIW.

Her teaching interests include public relations, social media, event planning, public speaking, and more. In addition to teaching, Alford works in the University Advising Center at UIW as an Athletic Advisor, supporting student-athletes in their academic success and development. Her advising areas include Football (Defense and Special Teams), Golf, Swim & Dive, Tennis, Women's Soccer, Track & Field.
