Guarding the Moral Core of Our Institutions

In every institution — military, corporate, healthcare, sports, education, or correctional — someone must protect its moral core. Chaplains stand in that unique role.

What to Expect

This symposium will challenge and equip spiritual leaders to move beyond presence and counseling into actively shaping ethical culture.

Through keynote addresses, focused breakout sessions, and candid panel discussions, we will explore:

  • Ethical Leadership: The daily decisions required to influence institutional integrity.

  • Character in Crisis: Maintaining an unwavering moral compass under pressure.

  • Cultural Impact: Practical strategies to recognize and counter ethical drift.

Attendees will leave inspired, challenged, and better prepared to serve as moral guardians wherever duty calls.
