Infinite Flight Independent Winter Guard

Welcome to Infinite Flight Independent Winter Guard

Winterguard is an indoor version of Colorguard that is performed inside of a gym using flags, rifles, sabers, and dance. UIW Infinite Flight Independent competes in the spring in the Texas Educational Colorguard Association (TECA), Texas Color Guard Association (TCGC), and Winterguard International (WGI) circuits. Infinite Flight Independent has been a regional champion in the Texas Color Guard Association.

AUDITIONS: Auditions take place in October or November to determine who will be on the team.

SCHEDULE: Winterguard practices one to two rehearsals per week for approximately two and a half hours each night. Practices will start soon after tryouts and run until mid-April.
