Cardinal Red Basketball Band

Welcome to the Cardinal Red Basketball Band

The Cardinal Red Basketball Band (or CRBB) is the official basketball pep band for the men’s and women’s basketball teams. The band offers riveting performances throughout basketball games, helping to excite the crowd and energize the Cardinals as they compete for conference championships and selection for post season play. The CRBB is directed by Dr. Brett A. Richardson, UIW director of bands and coordinator of Music Education.

Students are compensated for performances and the season typically begins in the late fall or winter after marching band ends. Adidas apparel is provided as a uniform.
