Performances will occur at normal capacity. Mask and face coverings are optional but recommended for large event gatherings. Please check the UIW COVID-19 Updates for the latest University policies.
Venue Location
The Luella Bennack Music Center is located at the corner of Broadway and Hildebrand. Parking is available evenings and weekends in the lot adjacent to the fine arts area. To enter our facilities, please use the glass doors to the right of the Bennack Concert Hall. If you are lost or need directions, please call (210) 829-3855

Notice to External Clients Interested in Reserving Facilities
Above is the concert season for the Department of Music. Additional dates may be unavailable due to rehearsal schedules, campus parking conflicts and other UIW reservations.
Generally speaking, our venue is unavailable for reservations to external parties for the first two weeks of December, the first two weeks of May, and all UIW Holidays.
During the fall semesters, our campus hosts football games on Saturdays. Please see their schedule for home games. In addition, we do not permit events during Light the Way, Alamo Heights Night, and Corporate Cup due to major parking complications and limited access to campus.
