Chapel of the Incarnate Word
The Spring 2026 UIW Ring Ceremony is open to students who are planning to graduate in the spring, who have purchased an official class ring from Herff Jones. Participants will be presented with their rings in the esteemed Chapel of the Incarnate Word.
After the ceremony, a celebratory toast will take place (location TBD).
Ring Ordering Information
Herff Jones will be on campus from February 23–27, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. in the SEC Concourse. Rings must be ordered during this time to ensure delivery for the ceremony.
Students who order from Herff Jones may choose to have their ring shipped directly to UIW—no drop-off needed.

RSVP Process
To participate, please reply to the email sent via the Office of Alumni Relations using your UIW student email by Tuesday, March 31, at 5 p.m. This reply serves as your intent to participate, not your official registration.
Please be aware that only 150 student spots are available for the RSVP process. To secure your place at the Spring Ring Ceremony, please submit your RSVP as soon as possible. Once all 150 spots have been filled, we will no longer be able to accept additional RSVPs.
Once your intent has been submitted, you will receive a registration email from Tassle by Monday, April 2. Each student must complete registration through Tassle and may include up to two guests.
Registration for the Spring 2026 Ring Ceremony will close on Friday, April 24, at 5 p.m.

If you ordered your ring during Ring Sales Week (February 23 - 27, 2026), it will be delivered to the Office of Alumni Relations. Orders placed after February 27, 2026 may not arrive in time. For the status of any order placed after this date, please contact Herff Jones directly.
We encourage all students graduating this spring to attend the Spring 2026 Ring Ceremony! Qualifying juniors and seniors have been sent an email to their student accounts with RSVP information. If you are a qualifying junior or senior and did not receive the email, please contact alumni@uiwtx.edu .
This celebration is open only to students who have purchased the official Herff Jones class ring.
Students will be alloted a total of three tickets for the Spring Ring Ceremony. One of these tickets is for the participant, and the remaining two are for guests.
Additional Ceremony Information
- There will be no facility available for storing purses or other valuables, and assistance will not be provided for these items if brought into the Chapel of the Incarnate Word. Kindly make prior arrangements if you choose to bring such items.
- Guest seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis and family members may not reserve or save seats for guests who are not present.
- UIW security will remove guests who are disrespectful of others, do not comply with a request of a school official, or disrupt the ceremony in any way.
