Thank you for your interest in participating in The Little Nest Stage Acappella Choir Performances! We’re excited to hear from your school. Please read the information below carefully and complete the form in its entirety. Slots are limited.

Event Details

• Each group will have10–15 minutes to perform holiday acappella music.
• Choir groups may consist of 5 to 30 members.
• No music equipment or electricity will be available on site.
  • You may bring your own battery-operated speaker on wheels.
• If selected, your group must arriveat least 30 minutes before your scheduled performance time.
• Performance time slots will be assigned between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• You are responsible for collecting signed waivers from all participating students.
  • Parents/guardians must sign and return the forms to you.
  • You must submit all waivers to the UIW Light the Way Coordinator no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.
