STUDY THEATRE AT THE WORD

UIW offers a BA in Theatre Arts.  If you are a high school student planning to pursue theatre, we invite you to visit our campus, attend classes, meet Theatre students and faculty, and see a production.  If you come to UIW, you will get hands-on opportunities to apply concepts learned in coursework and enjoy individualized attention from your professors.

MAKE THEATRE AT THE WORD

Any member of the UIW community can audition for or work backstage on productions, if they are willing to commit the time to rehearsals and performances.  We also invite UIW students, staff and faculty to submit plays for consideration.  Contact us for more information!

ENJOY THEATRE AT THE WORD

The Theatre Arts Department at UIW produces four plays a year—but be sure to make reservations early, as we often sell out! UIW students, faculty, and staff receive one FREE ticket with their valid ID card, and can purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate.
