Experience Life at UIW

UIW's well tended grounds, trees, blooming flowers, and classic architecture, provide a comfortable environment to study, think, and just hang out with friends. Students can enjoy a meal with new friends at one of UIW's four great on-campus dining locations. Marian Hall Café, Hortencia's Café, Java on the Hill, and Finnegan's Coffee Shop feature a wide variety of hot meals, pizza, soups, sandwiches, desserts, and even Chick-Fil-A and Starbucks Coffee. Students can use cash, credit cards, or even purchase a meal plan that can be used at any of the on-campus dining locations.

Campus & San Antonio

Incarnate Word's 154-acre campus is just minutes from downtown San Antonio in Alamo Heights. The Alamo Heights area is filled with a variety of tourist attractions including the Witte Museum, the McNay Art Museum, the San Antonio Botanical Gardens, and Brackenridge Park. Brackenridge Park is home to the San Antonio Zoo and the Japanese Tea Gardens, and is filled with trails and other scenic areas. In addition to being located in one of the most picturesque parts of the city, UIW's welltended grounds, trees, blooming flowers, and classic architecture, provide a comfortable environment to study, think, and just hang out with friends.
