Office of Human Resources

The office of Human Resources provides professional and technical support in personnel management to the University of the Incarnate Word, Incarnate Word High School, and St. Anthony Catholic High School.

The Human Resources team is committed to the University’s mission that welcomes to its community persons of diverse backgrounds, in the belief that their respectful interaction advances the discovery of truth, mutual understanding, self realization, and the common good. The Human Resources department provides information and assistance to the University community through a variety of programs and services, such as, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Student Employment, Policy Development and Compliance, Recruitment & Employment, and Training & Development.

The office of Human Resources is located on the second floor of the Kathleen Watson Enrollment Center. Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
