University of the Incarnate Word, Interior Design, Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA): 124 credits hours
NOTE: The BFA degree began with the Fall 2017 cohort. This degree plan brings more studio classes and rigor to the program. The first graduating class for the BFA degree will be Spring 2020
It typically takes a full-time student taking approximately 15 to 16 credits per semester for four years to complete the degree program.
For most transfer students to complete the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, it will take four years in addition to their current hours to complete the sequenced degree plan in Interior Design.
Some students choose to do a minor or a double major in Art or Business which may extend their graduation by a year.
