To fulfill the requirements for this degree, you must complete the following:

18 semester hours of core coursework to include:
  • Accounting Concepts and Issues
  • Organizational Behavior and Learning
  • Organizational Research and Assessment
  • Human Resource Management
  • Managing Organizations
  • Strategic Planning
18 semester hours of coursework constituting the concentration, to include:
  • Organizational Development
  • Interventions in Organizational Development
  • Human Performance Technology
  • Two Electives
3 semester hour CAPSTONE which integrates and culminates the program of study
