  • Strategic Planning
18 semester hours of coursework constituting the concentration, to include:
  • Nutrition Services Administration
  • Nutrition and Human Behavior
  • Lifecycle Nutrition
  • Advanced Human Physiology
  • Two Electives
3 semester hour CAPSTONE which integrates and culminates the program of study
