ICC2 - Sky Room
Next to the Grossman International Conference Center by the corner of Hildebrand and Highway 281 is the ICC2 building. This 5-story building consists of a three-level parking garage, resident apartments, a bookstore complete with a Starbucks Coffee Bar, and a “Sky Room” on the top floor that features a stunning view of the city skyline.
Each of the five floors encompass 30,000 sq. ft. of the building, which include a parking garage on the first three floors, a residence hall on the 4th and 5th floors, the university bookstore and Java on the Hill coffee shop on the fourth floor, and the Sky Room banquet hall on the fifth floor. The Sky Room seats up to 800 guests and can be divided into several configurations depending on the event.
The building also features and a bridge that connects the building, which is on top of the hill, to the main campus below.
