UIW reaches record breaking enrollment of over 9,000 students

For the first time in the University of the Incarnate Word’s (UIW) history, enrollment has surpassed the 9,000-mark. The university’s global enrollment in the fall of 2012 reached a record-breaking 9,188 students. Project Africa school opens

Project Africa, a student organization that raised $32,000 to build a school in Kessana, Mali, Africa, received an exciting report from their partner BuildOn, a nonprofit organization that builds schools in developing countries, that they officially broke ground on the school March 9, 2012. UIW voted into San Antonio Express-News Readers’ Choice Award

UIW voted into San Antonio Express-News Readers’ Choice Award

The University of the Incarnate Word has won the silver award for Best Colleges/Universities in the 2012 San Antonio Express-News Readers’ Choice Awards.
