Students gathered for the annual President's Spaghetti Dinner. UIW faculty, staff and employees helped serve students to say "thank you" for making the university such a special place.

University of the Incarnate Word President Dr. Louis Agnese treated 880 students to a free spaghetti dinner with the ambiance of a five-star dining experience at the annual President’s Spaghetti Dinner held Tuesday, Nov. 29 in the Rosenberg Sky Room.

The President’s Spaghetti Dinner is UIW’s way of saying “thank you” to students who make the university such a special place. Dr. Agnese served as head chef using his traditional family recipe. UIW faculty, staff and employees helped with the preparations and in hand rolling the meatballs for the meal. They also served as the staff extraordinaire the night of the event.
