For the third consecutive year, the University of the Incarnate Word has been chosen as one of the top 10 great colleges to work for in the country in its size classification, according to a survey by “The Chronicle of Higher Education.”

In addition, for the second consecutive year, UIW is one of just 10 universities nationally to attain the prestigious Honor Roll designation in the medium-sized category, which is reserved for colleges with enrollments of between 3,000 and 9,999 students. The results, released in The Chronicle’s fourth annual report on The Academic Workplace, are based on a survey of more than 44,000 employees at 310 colleges and universities.

The Chronicle is the nation’s most important source of news about colleges and universities.
