Summer 2010 BeginUIW Scholarship Application

Begin UIW is an exciting program the University offers to first-time freshmen needing to take MATH 0319 and ENGL 1311L. Students who are accepted into the program have the opportunity to complete both of these courses in only four weeks during the summer, giving them the chance to get ahead in their studies.

Students who receive the scholarship will have tuition and books covered. Scholarship recipients must agree to attend all class sessions and student success programming including study hall sessions designed to acquaint new students with transition to UIW. Scholarships applications are due by June 15 but students are encouraged to apply early as awards will be made as applications are received.
