Student Center Vendor Information

Off-campus vendors (jewelry, clothing, make-up, newspapers, cell phone companies, banks, etc.) can set-up tables in the Student Center with at least one week notice.

The vendor table fee is $40 for 1 table and 2 chairs. Vendors are not permitted to bring their own tables. A single rack my be utilized if positioned behind the table.

NOTE: The first week of school for the fall and spring semester will carry a vendor table fee of $75.

Parking Information: Vendors should contact tempparking@uiwtx.edu. All requests sent to us will be processed within two business days (excluding holidays). Vendors must provide the operator’s name, the company, the vehicle information (Make/Model) and license plate number.

Campus Life is not responsible for parking tickets.

Exhibitor Policy

Vendor Table and Solicitation Request:
Please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete Vendor table and solicitation request form
  2. Attach a business card to the form
  3. Make a $40 payment before table setup. Checks must be made payable to UIW.
  4. Contact Campus Police to receive guest parking permit
