Academic Support is dedicated to provide learners coaching, assist in their awareness of individual strategies for effective study and learning, and to promote a successful transition and school-life balance at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Student Disability Services

The Director of Academic Support guides learners through the processes involved to request accommodations for identified physical, psychological, learning or other disability at UIWSOM and with standardized board examinations. Referrals may be made for additional testing and evaluation when appropriate.
