Degree Evaluation (CAPP)

CAPP is a program in Bannerweb that allows you to see the credit hours you have already earned, as well as the credits and courses that you still need to complete. It also shows you your grades, classes pending, and overall GPA. Your degree in CAPP will initially show as the major you have already declared. This is listed in the image below.

Degree Evaluation Report

For detailed instructions, on how to print your degree evaluation, click here. Must bring your printed or electronic saved degree evaluation to your Group Advising session.

What's your role in the advising process?

Student Responsibility

You are the center of the advising process. It starts with you! These tools will help empower you to take the responsibility for your education and personal development. Students are expected to learn and abide by the academic and disciplinary policies given in the Current Undergraduate Catalog. This includes rules governing the standard of work required to continue in the University, attendance and participation, scholastic probation and dismissal, and enforced withdrawal.

Students are expected to know and meet the requirements of their degree program, including the University's basic education requirements; enrolling in courses appropriate to their program; meeting prerequisites and taking courses in the proper sequence to ensure orderly and timely progress; and must seek advice about degree requirements and other University policies when necessary.

University faculty and staff members are here to help advise and assist you, however you are responsible for knowing and meeting degree requirements, and for enrolling in appropriate courses to ensure orderly and timely progress toward your degree.
