RN-MSN Introduction

The RN to MSN program is designed for the working registered nurse who holds an Associate Degree. The student achieves baccalaureate content by completing 9 credit hours of bridge courses prior to starting the MSN curriculum. The MSN in Nursing Leadership prepares the nurse for roles in executive and advanced health care leadership. It provides administrative and management theory and skills in order to address organizational issues within complex health care systems and community-based agencies.

**The RN-BSN track is no longer offered.**
