Moisés J. Torrescano , Director

The Office director for Student Disability Services is Mr. Moisés J. Torrescano. Mr. Torrescano is also director of Academic Advising. Before joining Incarnate Word, Mr. Torrescano served as assistant affirmative action officer at The Pennsylvania State University. In this capacity, one of Mr. Torrescano’s responsibilities was to monitor compliance with the American with Disabilities Act and investigate complaints of discrimination because of handicap, race, gender, age, religious affiliation and national origin. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington State University and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Penn State University.

Michelle Beasley, Coordinator

Michelle Beasley is the Coordinator for the Office of Student Disability Services. Ms. Beasley has worked at UIW since 2002. Ms. Beasley received her B.B.A. with a concentration in Management from UIW and is working on an MAA in Applied Administration.
