On-line access to registration--Students Only

Room Request Form

Class and/or academic functions take precedence over all other requests. Individuals not associated with the University must clear their requests through the Special Events Office (210-829-6045) before submitting a request form to the Registrar's Office. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to process all requests once the the Registrar's Office receives the form. Download the request form here.
