Provost Committees: Faculty Senate

Ex-officio member of the Senate which is made up of faculty representatives from all of the Schools and College and whose focus is the promotion of faculty development and oversight of the learning environment from a faculty perspective.

  • Senate Executive Committee. Member of the Faculty Senate senior committee that provides oversight, vision, and direction of Faculty Senate activities. The Provost is the administrator liaison with this senior body of faculty member representatives.
  • Curriculum Committee. Member of the committee that provides policies dealing with the student learning environment, including adherence to university and external standards.
