RTabor2013Regina A. Tabor, R.Ph. is the APPE Coordinator and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy.

Ms. Tabor received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh.  She is licensed in Texas and Georgia.  She completed a mini-residency in oncology at the Audie Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

Ms. Tabor has extensive experience in hospital pharmacy.  Her areas of practice in hospital pharmacy include, intensive-care medicine, acute care, oncology, infectious disease and psychiatric medicine.  In addition she was a research pharmacist on the clinical research unit at the San Antonio State Hospital for schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder.

Ms. Tabor was appointed as a Clinical Instructor for the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from 2003 to 2005.  She was appointed as a Clinical Adjunct Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word Feik School Of Pharmacy from 2010 to 2014.

Ms. Tabor is a member of several professional organizations including the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists (CPNP), a member of the Texas Society of Health-system Pharmacists (TSHP) and the Central Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CTSHP).
