Mr. Gonzales was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. Graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biology and minors in Religious Studies and Chemistry. Upon graduation, was accepted to Harvard University and pursued degrees in Theology, Public Health, and Medicine. Returned to San Antonio due to family illness and entered the Masters program in Biology at the University of the Incarnate Word, thesis to be accepted May 2008. Was an adjunct faculty member at the UIW in the School of Math, Science, and Engineering teaching courses in Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, and Biological Chemistry. Has also done research at a number of facilities including the Southwest Research Institute for Biomedical Research, the Southwest Research Institute, UT-Health Science Center, and Johns Hopkins University. Interested in virology, immunology, oncology, the study of religious ethics and looks to pursue a Ph.D. in Immunology.
