Templates

These templates offer the basic structure or outline of many pages of your document. To use the templates, download, save, and reopen in your MS Word program. Add text as needed and change the font if you like, but do not alter margins, headers, the position of page numbers, or the position of titles and headings.

Structured Abstract

The structured abstract is used to represent your PhD work to the university community. You will want to preserve the position of the page and text headings; note that the line spacing requirements are unique to this abstract. 

Dissertation Proposal Template

The proposal template contains brief guidelines, pre-formatted introductory pages, plus a brief chapter outline. Download the file, open in your Word program, and use as you need. This template contains pre-formatted introductory pages and a brief outline of a typical 5-chapter dissertation, including references and appendices sections. Doctor of Nursing Practice Project Template

Use as the basic template for most DNP projects. As with all Word templates, can be modified if necessary.
