Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy: Audition Requirements

  1. Prepare two musical selections in contrasting styles (classical, folk, popular, jazz) in whichever instrument (including voice) you can best show your potential for musical expression and communication. Because Music Therapists will be expected to develop musical skills in various instruments and voice, you are welcome to audition in two different instruments, if you so desire. The same applies if you play/sing only by ear.
  2. All students are required to take the Theory/Aural Skills Placement Test which will be available online in the very near future. For more information about this test, visit the following link: Theory Diagnostic Test
