Bachelor of Arts in Music with emphasis in Music Industry Studies: Audition Requirements

1. Prepare two musical selections in contrasting styles (classical, folk, popular, jazz) in whichever instrument or voice you are most proficient. The same applies if you play/sing only by ear. (Note: Music Industry Studies prospective majors may delay their audition until the time of their first jury, but only if they have no previous musical training.)
   
2. All students are required to take the Theory/Aural Skills Placement Test which will be available online in the very near future. For more information about this test, visit the following link: Theory Diagnostic Test

NOTE: All students will be considered for a music scholarship on the basis of their audition; however, prospective Music Industry Studies majors with experience in the field may bring a Resume and evidence of production/mixing/engineering work, and apply for a music scholarship on this basis.
