CCVI logo

The symbol of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word (CCVI) shows a crown of thorns encircling a heart with cross and nails, all associated with Christ’s crucifixion.  IHS are the first three letters of the Greek name for Jesus and suggest Jesus’ presence in the hearts  of those who become His presence to others.

CCVI is the Latin abbreviation for Congregatio Caritatis a Verbo Incarnato.
