Featuring a free, online curriculum for grades 6-12 exploring the lives and works of women religious.

  • Learn how to use 21st Century tools in the religious education classroom
  • Earn continuing professional education credits and catechist certificate renewal hours
  • Tour historic San Juan Mission and San Fernando Cathedral

  • Registration

    Participants from Diocesan partners of the National Catholic Sisters Project are free. For all other participants, registration is $20.

  • Housing

    Housing for diocesan partners provided at Oblate School of Theology.  Singles and doubles available until filled.  Discounted hotel rooms available at the Museum Reach Wyndham by calling the hotel at 210-515-4555 and asking for the UIW rate, king or double queens are $110 a night.

  • Meals

    Meals included in registration are: dinner Monday, breakfast and lunch Tuesday, and breakfast and lunch Wednesday.  Please note any dietary restrictions when registering.  Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free options will be available at every meal. 

  • Transportation

    Participants are responsible for getting to and from Oblate School of Theology.  Transportation for the tour of Mission San Juan and San Fernando Cathedral will be provided.

Breakouts: Teaching with the NCSP curriculum

Dinner on the Riverwalk (on your own)


Wednesday, June 13, 2018, 8 a.m.- 1 p.m.

Breakfast: Using video in the classroom

Breakouts: Small groups about using videos effectively

Lunch with speaker: Inviting young people to consider a vocation
