    Dr. Dominguez has more than 20 years of health management experience in a wide variety of health care settings including hospitals and primary care organizations.  His healthcare background includes roles in logistics, information management and health care operations within the Navy Medical Department, to include serving as COO of a full-service ambulatory care facility in Bermuda. 

    In addition to his operational experience, he has 15 years of experience teaching and researching at the graduate level to include serving as the Program Director of the nationally ranked U.S. Army-Baylor University Graduate Program in Health Administration.
