In September 2011, Ms. Grubb was named Chief Operating Officer of South Texas Money Management. Ms. Grubb works directly with the CEO and President on the overall operations of the firm including internal communications, human resource management, and client services and back office operations. Prior to being named the COO, Ms. Grubb served as Chief Compliance Officer where she was responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of South Texas Money Management’s compliance program.
Ms. Grubb graduated with distinction from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2011 with a Master of Arts in Organizational Development. She graduated cum laude from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development and a minor in Marketing. Ms. Grubb was named San Antonio Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” and “San Antonio’s Shining Star” in 2012.
Prior to joining South Texas Money Management, Ms. Grubb was employed with Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc. where she served as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to rejoining Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc. in 2005, Ms. Grubb served as Vice President of Advisor’s Asset Management.
Kathy Morrison is the Director of Organization & Talent Development and Corporate Recruiting at Whataburger Restaurants, LLC Corporate Headquarters in San Antonio, TX. She has extensive experience in the application of the Organizational Development discipline through a variety of roles within Fortune 100 companies. She has been responsible for Organizational Development, Recruiting and Training & Development departments in large US and International companies and she has implemented complex change initiatives as a consultant in a variety of industries.
Her comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Organizational Development have been instrumental in her career success. Kathy has a BAPSOD and is an MAAOD graduate from the University of the Incarnate Word.
Sheri Rosen is vice president at Frost, guiding statewide employee communication for the banking, investments and insurance employees from the company's San Antonio headquarters. She earned her MAA from UIW in 2006 in the communication management concentration. She is an accredited business communicator and Fellow of the International Association of Business Communicators. Her professional pursuits include shaping technology for better employee communication and explaining company culture and strategy to employees so they understand how they contribute to corporate success.
Winslow Swart is an organizational development professional and chief inspiration officer at Winslow Consulting. Winslow has worked with executives, managers, and teams on three continents providing strategic direction, improving operational quality, building high-performing teams, and developing world-class leaders and organizations. Winslow also works as senior advisor to San Antonio City Councilmember Cris Medina, District 7, and has served the White House under the current administration.
Mr. Swart holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and organizational development, a master’s degree in administration and organizational development, both from UIW, and has received a doctorate “honoris causa” in organizational leadership. Winslow is also a 7th dan, “shihan” master instructor in the Japanese art of Kenseido.
Martha York spent 15 years as a business consultant prior to recently accepting a position at USAA to manage enterprise member service in the digital channels. As a consultant, Martha focused on large-scale, multi-phased, technology-driven projects, as well as advising clients on strategies and process. Martha's clients have included diverse entities such as Southwest Airlines, Shell Oil, Tesoro Petroleum and the States of FL and CA.
Prior roles Martha has held include Director of SAP Programs and Organization Change Mgt for Chico's FAS, Inc. and Platinum OCM Consultant and Sr. Project Mgr at SAP America. Martha also holds a PMP certification as well as a post-graduate certification in Business Process Improvement from UT Graduate School of Business.
