Materials USE POLICY

Due to the rarity and age of many of the books and other materials in the Frost Collection, use of these resources is limited to the Frost Collection (room 202) only. Removal of materials from the Collection is not allowed. Especially rare items are kept in a locked case, and may be used upon request.

For those books which would not be damaged by being opened and placed flat, a scanner is available in the Collection for patrons' use. Scanned images of items may be printed or emailed as attachments. The assistant staffing the Collection can assist researchers with this process.

A conference table and chairs are available for researchers to work at, and a television with videocassette, DVD player and headphones is available to view media items.
