IRD January 2017 Scheduled Maintenance

UPDATE: IRD January 2017 maintenance is complete. All systems are operational. Please contact the Help Desk at 210-829-2721 or helpdesk@uiwtx.edu if you encounter any issues. Thank you. 


 

Information Resources Division will be conducting the scheduled January 2017 maintenance on Friday, Jan. 27  from 6:30PM-11:00PM.

 The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Virtual Machine Tools Server Updates (Required as routine infrastructure maintenance)

 

During the maintenance window the following systems will not be available:

  • Banner INB/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • BOSSCars (Parking Management Software)
  • myWord Portal (Links to Banner within the portal)
  • Intellecheck (Check Payment Processing Software)
  • Argos (Enterprise Reporting Software)
  • FormFusion (Banner Document Enhancement Software)
  • Automic (Banner Job Automation & Scheduling Software)
  • StarRez (Residence Life Housing Portal and Housing Web Application)
  • Recruit (Admissions Recruitment and Customer Relationship Management Software)
