IRD April 2017 Scheduled Maintenance

UPDATE 4/21/17 8:00PM: IRD April 2017 Maintenance is now complete. All systems are operational. Please note that Argos Users will need to log off of the Argos system and download and install the Evisions Application Launcher upon next login.

Please contact the Help Desk at 210-829-2721 if you encounter any issues.


 

Information Resources Division will be conducting the scheduled April 2017 maintenance on Friday, April 21  from 6:30PM-11:00PM.

 The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  •  Argos Reporting System Upgrade 5.3  (Required for enhanced Argos Web Viewer functionality)
  • MAPS Server Upgrade 5.3 (Required for Argos Reporting System upgrade)
  • Intellecheck Upgrade 5.3 (Required for MAPS Server Upgrade)
  • Financial Aid 8.29 (Required for disbursement of Financial Aid for the aid year 1718)
  • CLEAN_Address Upgrade (Required for address verification in Banner)

 During the maintenance window the following systems will not be available:

  •  Argos Reporting System (Enterprise Reporting Software)
  • Intellecheck (Check Payment Processing Software)
  • Banner INB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
