IRD November 2016 Scheduled Maintenance

Information Resources Division will be conducting the scheduled November 2016 maintenance on Friday, Nov.18  from 7:00PM-Midnight.

 The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Human Resources (Includes HR &Payroll) 8.13 & Additional Patches (Required for End of Year Tax Reporting)
  • Employee SSB 8.13 (Required for End of Year Tax Reporting)
  • Banner Position Control 8.13 (Required for End of Year Tax Reporting)
  • Banner AR 8.5.2 (Required for 1098T Updates)
  • Banner Web Tailor 8.8 (Required for Employee SSB 8.13)
  • Banner Web for General 8.7 (Required for Employee SSB 8.13)

 

 During the maintenance window the following systems will not be available:

  • Banner INB/SSB
  • Banner Document Management
  • BOSSCars
  • myWord (Banner Links within the portal will not be available)
  • Intellecheck
  • Argos
  • FormFusion
  • Automic
  • Focus
